Ecology and management of feral pigs in tropical rainforests

Objectives of this project were to quantify spatial and temporal digging patterns and to associate these patterns with a range of selected ecological factors. Objectives also included documenting ecological impacts by feral pigs, establishing feral pig movements, including home range and habitat use. The main aim of the project was to integrate all of the ecological and management data available and develop a preliminary model of feral pig management within the region.
