North West Local Lands Service engaged agribusiness consultancy AgEcon to investigate the impact of feral pigs as well as the economic benefit of control in key agricultural enterprises in that region of New South Wales.

The research quantified the agricultural costs of feral pig damage and found economically viable control options for the pest species across all crops analysed.
